Trading Up

Barratt Redrow has today reported a 10.1% year-on-year decline in forward sales as of March 30, 2025, with 10,245 homes on order compared to 11,402 the previous year.  Despite this drop, the UK's largest housebuilder reaffirmed its annual target to build between 16,800 and 17,200 homes.
