Grangemouth Refinery owner Petroineos has rejected a bid to buy the refinery from a UAE-based firm, Trading Stack DMCC, dismissing the offer as "not credible". The company, along with an unnamed US partner, claims to have the finances to make the refinery profitable and save 400 jobs.
