Edinburgh-based hospitality technology provider Criton has been acquired by Nonius, the global hospitality technology solutions vendor, for an undisclosed sum. The merger of Criton with GuestU, Nonius’s mobile solution, will create an offering in the hospitality sector allowing the merged comp
