Dundee construction firm Kilmac has announced a record-breaking year, with profits soaring on the back of several major school construction projects.

Civil engineering firm Kilmac has reported a nearly 30% rise in profit to a record £1.7 million in the year to September 2023. The Dundee-based business saw turnover increase to a record £26.57m, up from £25.65m in the previous year.

Directors at Tayside construction firm Kilmac have declared themselves "pleased" with the company's performance after it reported an increase in turnover despite challenges during the pandemic.
