Motorola Solutions has bought Edinburgh-based CCTV camera firm IndigoVision in a £30.4 million deal.

Edinburgh-based IndigoVision has seen a 9% rise in sales reaching $50.1 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. IndigoVision is a leader in the design and supply of high performance, highly-intelligent video security systems for security installations of differing sizes and complexity

Edinburgh-based CCTV specialist Indigovision has purchased Portuguese security software firm Agorasys SA for €2,300,000. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Agora was a spin-out from Instituto Superior Tecnico, part of the University of Lisbon.
