Clevermed

Edinburgh-based Clevermed, a health tech company, has been acquired by System C, a UK provider of hospital-wide software for the NHS, for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition will unlock growth and investment for its flagship product, the mother and baby health system, BadgerNet.
