Growth capital investor BGF has completed a successful exit from Aberdeenshire-headquartered Keenan Recycling.

Sustainable waste management firm Biffa has acquired Hamilton Waste and Recycling Limited (HWR), the Scottish construction and demolition (C&D) collection and processing business.

Circularity Scotland Ltd, the not-for-profit scheme administrator for the Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) in Scotland, has signed an agreement with Biffa that will see the sustainable waste management company become the scheme’s official logistics service provider.
