Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners, the new owner of the Rusacks Hotel in St Andrews, has revealed new plans for a substantial upgrade programme which includes a large extension and new rooftop restaurant. AJ Capital Partners will close the hotel in order to renovate its 70 bedrooms.
