UK employers are the most optimistic about hiring in eight years, according to the latest CIPD/Adecco Labour Market Outlook report.

Almost all of 50 of the UK's biggest employers questioned by the BBC have said they do not plan to bring staff back to the office on a full-time basis.

One in three UK employers expect to make staff redundant between July and September, according to a new survey by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Adecco.
