Position: Head of Finance
Location: Faifley, Clydebank
Salary: EVH Salary grades SM4 – SM6 (£48,215 - £50,998) plus membership of Pension Scheme

Knowes Housing Association (KHA) is a community based social landlord committed to its mission of providing good quality affordable housing and services which meet the needs and aspirations of the community we serve. The Association owns and manages 1048 properties and provides factoring services to 569 customers across the Clydebank area. We have 23 members of staff and an annual turnover of £4.8m.
KHA is invested deeply within the community, its management committee is made up of local residents, homeowners and housing professionals from outwith the area, who are passionate about delivering excellent services for the local communities within the Faifley and Duntocher areas.
Due to the promotion of KHA’s longstanding Head of Finance, the Management Committee is now seeking a new Head of Finance who can take on the challenge of working as part of the Senior Management Team to provide financial support and advice to the Management Committee, the CEO and the staff team.
To be considered for the role you must possess high quality financial skills and management experience as well as excellent communication skills. Direct housing association experience is not necessary but desirable. You must possess a professional accountancy qualification.
