Drum Property Group, developers of Buchanan Wharf, agreed a deal with Legal & General earlier this year for the first institutionally forward-funded BTR scheme to be delivered in Scotland.

The 280,000 sq. ft. development has been designed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality rental accommodation in Scotland. Made up of two 18-storey towers, the development will house a dedicated dining space, gym, residents’ lounge and games room.

This next building phase marks an important step in the regeneration of Buchanan Wharf, one of Scotland’s biggest-ever building projects.

With the construction of Barclay’s state-of-the-art Northern Europe campus HQ well underway, the site when complete will encompass more than a million square feet of prime Grade A office space, residential accommodation, local amenities and landscaped public spaces.
