Deals advised on include a series of acquisitions by Dentex Healthcare, including two Glasgow-based practices, Shawlands Dental Care and Orchard Park Dental Practice.

Weightmans also advised on three disposals across the year, including the sale of Glasgow-based research institute SB Drug Discovery to Sygnature Discovery, as well as the refinancing and employee buyout of Edinburgh-based Photonic Solutions from Panoramic Growth Equity.

The Glasgow team is led by Claire McCracken, corporate partner and Weightmans’ regional office head.
