Wallace White accountants move to new Glasgow offices
Glasgow accountancy firm Wallace White has leased new offices in the heart of the city at 22-24 Blythswood Square from property firm Standard Real Estate (SRE).
The firm will take 2,354 sq. ft. on a six-year lease at the newly refurbished building, overlooking Blythswood Square. The space has been fitted-out as a bespoke suite for the accountancy firm, with boardroom, office space and kitchen facilities.
Martin White, managing partner at Wallace White, said: “We have for some time been looking for new office space that reflects our growing size and ambition. 22-24 Blythswood Square not only provides us with the scope to expand further but is also a space where clients will be able to meet us in comfort.
“Standard Real Estate have provided us with first class new premises in the heart of Glasgow’s Business District and we would not hesitate to work with them in the future.”
John Grewar, who manages letting activity for SRE, said: “After the challenges of the last two years, we’re very pleased to be starting 2023 with a strong letting to a prestigious and well-known Glasgow business.
“As a landlord, our goal is to create new spaces in carefully-refurbished buildings, which occupiers can walk straight into – we work with them to develop bespoke, tailored offices that showcase their business and their teams.”
