The awards recognise excellence in the lending community, with short-term and bridging finance providing an important function within the property industry in facilitating transactions so borrowers can implement their vision and investment strategies.

The firm, with offices in London and Edinburgh, has been short-listed in the “Short-term Lender of the Year” award category.
