The firm was selected for the sought-after titles after undergoing a rigorous two-part assessment process managed by Best Companies Group, coming out on top against more than 250 firms in the UK.

The award evaluated workplace policies, practices, and demographics, alongside an in-depth employee survey measuring the staff experience, which accounted for 75% of the final scoring.

Tweed Wealth Management’s double award success comes after celebrating its milestone 10th anniversary. The 32-strong firm has grown substantially since being founded in 2014 and now manages around £500 million of client assets.

The firm has achieved this growth through a combination of organic success and completing several strategic mergers and acquisitions, including five deals over the past seven years.
