Thomson Cooper called in as Blairgowrie Holiday Park operator liquidated

Richard Gardiner of Thomson Cooper Accountants has been appointed liquidator of Heritage Park Estates Limited, the company operating Bendochy Park in Blairgowrie.
This follows a dispute with residents who were ordered to vacate their lodges by December 2026.
Perth and Kinross Council issued the order, stating the lodges were only permitted for holiday use, after the Advertising Standards Agency ruled that the company misled the public into believing the homes were permanent residences.
The council has said it aims to work with the new owners to resolve the ongoing issues and ensure the site complies with planning regulations.
Five of the new homes have appealed the December 2026 council enforcement notices, The Courier reports.
