Tasty Christmas Paella kicks off Edinburgh insolvency firm’s festivities
There was a surprise al fresco taste of Spain at the Middlebrook Business Recovery and Advice Christmas party in Edinburgh’s Dublin Street on Wednesday night.
Around 100 guests arriving for the party found chefs from Grassmarket Mussel and Steak Bar on the doorstep cooking up a special seafood paella.
Claire Middlebrook, managing director, said: “I love Christmas, even party preparations. As a firm we are here to remove the stress of insolvency. Once we take away the stigma and clients become successful again, they tell me it’s the best thing they’ve ever done. And I tell you, the Seafood Paella is the best I’ve ever tasted.”
