STV chooses Orchard Brae House for Edinburgh base

STV has become the latest tenant at Edinburgh’s Orchard Brae House, taking 2,239 sq ft following a recent major refurbishment.
The media company will relocate from its current Edinburgh Quay premises in Fountainbridge to the Queensferry Road property.
This comes as STV Group yesterday reported its annual financial results for 2024, with revenue climbing 12% to £188m, and adjusted operating profit growing 3% to £20.6m.
Orchard Brae House’s joint agents Knight Frank and Cuthbert White acted for VCM Global Asset Management, through the property’s local asset manager Eden PAM, and Mark Allan represented STV.
At the tail end of 2024, Penumbra Mental Health and Clear Mortgage Solutions committed to taking space at the building, while software company EcoOnline UK extended its lease at Orchard Brae House.
Spread over six floors, Orchard Brae House provides Grade A and B office spaces of between 2,000 and 45,000 sq ft, catering to occupiers ranging from start-ups to larger organisations. Innis & Gunn, MBM Law, and Changeworks are also among its current occupiers.

As part of its extensive refurbishment, Orchard Brae House’s interiors were upgraded and a variety of on-site amenities were added to support occupier wellbeing and active commuting, including a free-to-use gym, cycle hub, wellness suites, yoga studio, and Edinburgh’s first office dog park.
