Stewart Milne’s Dalhebity House goes on the market for £7.5m
Savills is marketing Dalhebity House, a mansion house created by Stewart Milne and his partner Joanna Robertson, for offers of over £7.5 million.
The property, which extends to over 30,000 square feet and includes a spa complex, swimming pool and staff accommodation, is surrounded by about 10 acres with trees and woodland, seven miles from Aberdeen International Airport.
Built on the site of Diana, Princess of Wales’ late grandmother’s former home, the house comprises eight bedrooms, a cocktail bar, a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and its own lake.
Fiona Gormley from Savills said: “The sheer scale and finish of this sumptuous house is hugely impressive and yet the clever design and layout mean the space does not overwhelm: informal and supremely comfortable family rooms balance with wonderful entertaining areas.”
She added that a “modern-built house of this stature is utterly unique in Scotland and it’s an extraordinary achievement”.
