Judged by independent and respectable experts, The 2024 Scottish Mortgage Awards celebrates the people, products and services that demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish intermediary mortgage market.

The Surveyor of the Year award was judged on the surveying or valuation firm, operating in Scotland, which provides a consistently high-quality offering, excellent communication skills, accurate valuations, clear and concise reports and a quick and efficient service.
