Shepherd and Wedderburn promotes eight solicitors across Edinburgh and Glasgow

The promotions bring the law firm’s total number of associates from 55 to 63, with the firm now employing more than 500 people in total.

The new associates are Ashley McLean and Alison Rochester in Corporate; Daniel Bain in Commercial Dispute Resolution; Suzanne Knowles in Finance and Restructure; and Joanna Donnelly, Vikki Henderson, Julia Kidd and Lynn Simpson in Real Estate.

In the last financial year, the company said its turnover grew 26 per cent to £48 million, creating new opportunities for growth.
