Scottish Equity Partners announces investment in Dotmatics
Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has completed a significant investment in global scientific informatics software provider, Dotmatics.
The company, founded in 2005, delivers enterprise solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academia, food and beverage, oil and gas, and agrochemical industries.
SEP said its funding injection will enable Dotmatics to continue its investment into product innovation and customer success, as well as to strengthen operations in each of its key geographies.
Headquartered in the UK, Dotmatics is one of the fastest growing global informatics companies and currently employs more than 100 people including chemists, biologists and software engineers across Europe, USA and Asia Pacific.
The investment deal was led by SEP partners Keith Davidson and Jan Rutherford.
