RSM strengthens Scottish tax offering with new hire
RSM has announced the appointment of Charline Zerbinati as a tax director in its corporate tax practice.
Ms Zerbinati joins RSM from Worldmark, an international private equity backed group, where she specialised on all aspects of international tax for its European, Asian and Americas operations, with a particular focus on China.
Prior to that, she worked for eight years in corporate tax at PwC and Deloitte in Scotland and the North East.
In her new role, RSM said she will drive expansion of the firm’s advisory proposition with a specific focus on international tax to mid-market corporates in Scotland and across the UK. She will also assist the corporate finance team on M&A transactions regarding a range of tax issues.
Alan Aitchison, office managing partner at RSM in Glasgow, said: “Calls for more transparency has led to the biggest shake-up of international tax and Charline’s extensive knowledge will help our clients navigate future changes and deliver expert advisory support to our growing portfolio of mid-market and large corporate clients across Scotland.”
Ms Zerbinati herself said: “With the growing corporate client base and extensive international network, RSM was a natural fit for me. I look forward to drawing on my industry and sector experience to support a variety of corporate clients to add real value in a changing market.”
