Joining from Tilney Bestinvest after five years as director and investment manager, Peter has extensive experience advising private clients on all aspects of investment planning including restructuring portfolios of direct investments and asset allocation, discretionary management, specialist investment vehicles, SIPPs and income planning.

Rowan Dartington’s executive chairman Graham Coxell, said: “Developing a presence in Scotland has been a priority since the acquisition by St. James’s Place and Edinburgh was the obvious starting point for us. When expanding geographically, it is essential to bring people with an in-depth knowledge of the region and Peter’s proven track record advising local clients for more than 15 years will prove invaluable to the firm.”

Rowan Dartington is currently increasing its presence across the UK and also recently appointed investment managers in Ipswich, Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.
