Rettie Financial Services will extend the Rettie & Co. service offering in buying, selling, letting and developing property to include mortgages, insurance and personal protection products.

The firm has appointed Bob Duncan as managing director who will lead and develop the new division. Mr Duncan joins Rettie Financial Services with a wealth of experience in the sector having previously held similar roles at DJ Alexander and Simpson & Marwick.

Mr Duncan has already started building a team of financial advisers who will be working closely with him, including Paul Banyard and Chloe Heenan who have been recruited as the first employees of a full team of mortgage & protection advisors.
