'Reflecting on the Autumn Budget' – an ETN & CIOT Event

The Edinburgh Tax Network, in conjunction with CIOT and Terra Firma Chambers, will host an in-person, lunchtime event, “Reflecting on the Autumn Budget”, on Tuesday 19th November 2024 at the offices of Johnston Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7PE.

At this event, Alex Docherty, CTA, tax partner, head of private client at Johnston Carmichael and colleagues will guide attendees through the key tax changes in the Chancellor’s Budget, setting out the practical implications for clients of the changes proposed. This will be followed by a Q&A session.

Registration will commence at 12.15pm with the seminar running from 12.30pm until 2pm. The seminar has been accredited by the Faculty of Advocates as contributing 1.5 hours of Practice Development CPD for its own members and is eligible for a similar award from the Law Society for the solicitor branch of the profession.
