PIB Insurance Brokers expands Aberdeen team with trio of hires

Alan Alsop, private client manager, Julia Cant, senior account executive and Rachel Wilson, account handler, have joined the team led by Graeme Cant at the firm’s Granite City office at Golden Square.

Mr. Cant is one of Scotland’s most experienced brokers having worked in the sector for 38 years.

His sector expertise includes construction, Oil and Gas, manufacturing and retail and he is also past president of Aberdeen Insurance Institute.

He said “We have a group of experienced and talented individuals who can offer high levels of expertise and service in specialist client sectors.”

The company established its first offices in Glasgow last summer and went on to expand to Aberdeen, Edinburgh and last month it was announced that Dundee had been chosen as the site for what will be the firm’s fourth outlet north of the border.
