Paul Wilson resigns from Brewin Dolphin

Brewing Dolphin Holdings PLC has announced that Paul Wilson has resigned as director from the board with immediate effect from yesterday.
Mr Wilson’s resignation arrives after his six years of service with the company.
Brewin Dolphin issued a statement which said: “The Board thanks Mr Wilson for his contribution to the company since his appointment. A replacement independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.”
