Parsley Box to withdraw from AIM
Scottish meals delivery firm Parsley Box has decided to de-list from the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) following a poor run.
The Edinburgh-based firm, chaired by entrepreneur Chris van der Kuyl, will re-register as a private limited company, according to its regulatory filing made today.
The company stated: “The Directors have concluded that the Cancellation and Re-registration are in the best interests of the Company and its Shareholders as a whole.”
It will hold a general meeting seeking 75% shareholder support for the proposed privatisation.
This decision follows a significant drop in the share price from an original float at 200p, trading at 2.8p today.
