Park Property Management appoints Scott Cochrane as head of property management
Scott Cochrane has been appointed head of property management at Glasgow-based Park Property Management.
With 26 years’ experience in the property management sector, Mr Cochrane joins from James Gibb who acquired Life Property Management.
Prior to this, Mr Cochrane was with Newton Property Management for 14 years, and during his time there held several senior posts including Associate Director. Scott commenced his career in management in 1995 with Hacking and Patterson.
In his new role, Mr Cochrane will oversee the property and repairs teams and assist with the development of new business leads.
Commenting on his appointment Paul McDermott, managing director, Park Property, said: “Scott has a considerable depth of experience of our industry and his appointment will help drive our growth ambitions.
“He also joins at a time of change for the industry as we help our clients who are apartment owners navigate the new EWS1 / Single Building Assessments environment.”
