Pagan Osborne announces new director and shareholder
Law firm Pagan Osborne has announced that Ian Fraser, one of its commercial and business services partners, has become a director and shareholder in the company.
Mr Fraser, who is based in Edinburgh, joined the company in 2004 and has extensive experience in commercial property sales and purchases, as well as refinancing security work and specialist expertise in leasing.
He also provides expert advice for landowners and developers on land acquisition and sales and, more recently, has become involved in the renewable energy sector, representing clients in wind farm transactions.
Alistair Morris, chief executive of Pagan Osborne, said: “Ian is a key part of our Commercial and Business Services team and has made a significant contribution to the company over the years.
“We’re delighted to be strengthening the leadership team now with his legal and commercial expertise.”
The company has also announced the promotions to senior solicitor of Cameron Shaw of the family law team and Gillian McNulty of the private client team.
