Newton Property Management, a provider of property factoring services across Scotland, has opened a new office in Inverclyde.
The firm delivers transparent, efficient property management services nationwide with offices currently in Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness.
Located on Eldon Street in Greenock, the new Inverclyde office reinforces the family-owned firm’s commitment to providing exceptional property factoring services to local communities, now managing 26,000 homes in West Scotland and 40,000 homes nationwide.
The Inverclyde expansion comes on the back of the successful acquisition of Morison Walker Property Management in 2023, a historic company rooted in Greenock since its inception in the early 19th century. With a dedicated team of property managers based in Greenock, customers will benefit from increased personalised support ensuring they have access to the resources they need on their doorstep.
Associate director at Newton, Fraser Williamson, who worked at Morrison Walker with his father John, said: “Our larger, fully staffed office in Greenock will continue to provide a responsive, quality service, using local contractors with the support of the excellent team and services from the Glasgow head office.
“This is essential to continue to uphold the values of local service as best value, for existing and new customers.”
Newton Property Management CEO, Vincent Goldie, added: “We are delighted to open our expanded office in Greenock.
“This move underscores our dedication to being at the heart of the communities we serve and improve our quality of service for everyone we work with. We look forward to further bringing our expertise and people-first approach to Inverclyde, and welcoming our customers, and partner network on Eldon Street.”
