Newton Property Management appoints two new board directors
Newton Property Management has appointed Vincent Goldie as chief executive officer and Rachel Littlejohn as business development director.
The firm said the strategic move underscores its commitment to raising customer service standards and driving change within the property management sector.
Mr Goldie brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served as the chief financial officer since February 2023, following previous senior roles at Creditfix, Together Energy and Sure Thing! Insurance. His leadership and transformative impact has been quickly recognised, leading to his appointment as CEO and board director in March 2024.
“The property management sector is in need of a customer service revolution, and I am honoured to lead Newton into this next phase,” said Mr Goldie. “By reimagining our approach to customer service and implementing strategic changes across systems, processes, and technology, we are well positioned to set a new standard for excellence in our industry.”
Newton Property Management has undergone significant restructuring, laying a strong foundation for expansion throughout Scotland. This includes the appointment of Ms Littlejohn to the board as a shareholder and director, alongside chairman Stephen O’Neill, director Kirsten O’Neill, and director Derek Macdonald.
Ms Littlejohn brings a unique blend of commercial creativity and rigour to her role as business development director. With her extensive international experience, she is focused on setting the customer service standard from initial enquiry.
She added: “I am thrilled to have been appointed to the Newton Property Management Board at such an exciting time.
“My aim is to drive excellence in business development, ensuring that every interaction with our clients meets our vision to deliver a sector-leading customer experience.”
