Independent chartered surveyor DM Hall has appointed Stewart Ritchie as its compliance support and development manager.

Now based in the firm’s Dunfermline office, Stewart spent thirty years, latterly in senior positions, with the Halifax, followed by business development roles in the insurance broking and taxation services sectors.

In his new role, he will undertake Health and Safety and Audit checks within DM Hall’s 25 offices throughout Scotland and will spearhead the firm’s drive towards achieving ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

He said: “I am also looking forward to assisting with the development role and taking the quality name and service of DM Hall out to the market place using my previous experience.

“My experience in the firm so far has been very positive, well received by all and impressed by a friendly, professional and highly skilled and motivated workforce.”
