Natalya Macholla named finance and corporate services director at CVHA
Clyde Valley Housing Association (CVHA) has appointed Natalya Macholla as its new finance and corporate services director.
With a distinguished career spanning various leadership roles in the housing sector, she brings invaluable expertise and a dynamic vision to the association’s leadership team.
Formerly serving as an executive director with Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, Ms Macholla’s transition to CVHA marks an exciting new chapter for the association. Her appointment comes at a pivotal moment as CVHA continues to shape its strategic vision for 2025 and beyond.
Carron Garmory, chief executive of CVHA, expressing enthusiasm about Ms Macholla’s arrival, said: “Natalya joins us at a very exciting time, whilst we are working on our 2025 and beyond Corporate Vision and Strategy.

Ms Macholla’s extensive career journey reflects her commitment to excellence and innovation within the housing sector. Previously, she held leadership positions at Govan Housing Association and Wheatley Group, where she spearheaded transformative initiatives in finance, IT, customer service, and community development.
Her tenure at Govan Housing Association saw rapid progression, culminating in her appointment as deputy chief executive. Later, as locality housing director at the Wheatley Group, Natalya managed a portfolio of 5000 homes, demonstrating her capacity to lead at scale.
Ms Macholla’s leadership was further evident in her role as managing director of customer service at the Wheatley Group, where she revolutionised the customer experience model. Her track record of driving impactful change positions her as an invaluable addition to CVHA’s leadership team.
She assumed her role as finance and corporate services director at Clyde Valley Housing Association at the end of February 2024.
