Murray Beith Murray appoints new head of tax services

Edinburgh-based law firm Murray Beith Murray has appointed Laura Brown as its head of tax services.
The firm is a well known and regarded private client firm of solicitors. It recently acquired an established tax practice and Brown’s appointment coincides with clear plans to expand its clientele and the tax service offered.
Ms Brown joins the firm after 17 years at Turcan Connell and brings extensive experience of both UK and overseas private client tax matters.
She said: “Murray Beith Murray is a long established and well respected firm and I’m delighted to have joined at a time of growth. There are undoubtedly challenges ahead as the tax landscape in the UK changes and we are well placed to help our clients going forward.”
