Multrees Investor Services to move to new Edinburgh office in anticipation of growth
Multrees Investor Services has announced plans to move to new premises in the heart of Edinburgh city centre early next month.
The company, which provides a range of outsourced platform services and technology for investment firms, has taken up a new tenancy at 40 Princes Street.
Multrees will relocate to the new office in early November following a full refurbishment of the space.
The business currently has over £11 billion assets under administration, having been established in 2010, and it said the new location will allow for growth.
Chief executive Chris Fisher said: “Our new central Edinburgh office is not only great news for the Multrees team and clients, it also reflects our confidence that we can continue to grow our profits by winning new client relationships, building our assets under administration, and expanding our own team in both our Edinburgh and London locations over the coming years.”
Glenn Murphy, UK chief operating officer for family office Stonehage Fleming, a client of Multrees, said: “It’s great to see Multrees go from strength to strength with the opening of their new office space and we’re excited about the prospects that the future investment in their business will bring for clients like us.”
