Barrhead Retail Park, which completed last year, spans over 70,000 sq ft It is home to a diverse retail mix which includes Lidl, B&M, Starbucks, Burger King, The Salvation Army, Indigo Sun, Bayne’s, Card Factory and one of the first Popeyes in Scotland.

It has now been confirmed that the line-up will be further strengthened by a national hot food restaurant and takeaway operator and a non-dispensing chemist which will provide a 24/7 prescription collection facility.

With the retail park now fully occupied, property agent Sheridan Keane will be inviting proposals to acquire the fully let investment later this year.
