Gordon Duncan, partner and head of corporate for Lockton Scotland, has been instrumental in steering the company towards its current success. With 35 years of industry experience, he oversees the strategic, financial, operational, and compliance aspects of the business.

Under Mr Duncan’s leadership, Lockton Corporate in Scotland has built up a strong client list across sectors such as construction, hospitality, leisure, manufacturing, real estate, transportation, and logistics, including clients include Scottish Leather Group, The Malcolm Group Limited, and Smart Metering Systems.

With a 97% client retention rate, Lockton prioritises building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ evolving needs.
