Lindsays appoints Aziz Yasin as new banking and finance solicitor in Edinburgh
Law firm Lindsays has appointed Aziz Yasin as its new banking and finance solicitor in its commercial property team in Edinburgh.
Mr Yasin advises banks, borrowers and peer-to-peer lenders in relation to general property finance matters, real estate acquisitions and development finance. He is involved in the preparation and negotiation of loan and security documentation and reports on title and lease arrangements to his clients.
Mr Yasin has a background in residential and commercial property and he has acted on behalf of individuals, businesses, investors, landlords and tenants in both the public and private sector, in relation to purchasing, selling, refinancing and leasing properties.
Having originally graduated with an honours degree in Accountancy before going on to study Law, Mr Yasin then completed his LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He trained with a property law firm and subsequently qualified to deal with Commercial Property. In 2022 Aziz joined Lindsays to assist our Partner Gavin Buchan in the Banking Team.
