This exciting development represents a circa £2 million investment by Easy Living Developments and will see the construction of a brand-new Business Centre featuring sixteen modern units.

Located within the existing Lochgelly Industrial Park, the Centre is designed to attract a mix of light industrial Class 4, 5 and 6 occupiers and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Construction is set to begin in the next few months.

Designed with maximum flexibility in mind, the units will vary in size from approximately 1,000 sq ft to circa 1,500 sq ft with the opportunity to combine individual units to create larger ones by not including party walls, thereby creating a facility capable of accommodating numerous different businesses. In line with modern building standards the units will enjoy an insulated cladding external wall and roof structure with the Centre also enjoying an EV charging point to facilitate the growing use of electric vehicles.

Keith Davidson, CEO of Easy Living Developments expressed delight at the conclusion of the planning process resulting in the purchase of the land from Fife Council.
