Kura is now recruiting for 100 new roles across advisory, team management and operational management levels to support with the new appointment.

Brian Bannatyne, chief executive of Kura, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with our new client using our deep financial services experience to deliver first class services to their customers. At Kura we do things differently from our competitors and our unique culture and approach to developing people were a key differentiator in our selection as a partner.

“We know that our people in Glasgow will deliver outstanding CX results for our client and transform the service to their customers.”

For more than 15 years, Kura’s advisors have provided inbound and outbound call handling services to several businesses operating in the financial services industry, and this appointment further cements Kura’s reputation for delivering excellent support in the financial services industry. The contract begins this month.
