Inverness Airport continues winning streak as Best Airport in Europe for fifth consecutive year

Inverness Airport has again secured Best Airport under 2 Million Passengers in Europe award and Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe accolade at the 2024 Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.

In addition, the airport has been recognised as the Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe for the third year in a row, highlighting the unwavering commitment of its team to delivering exceptional customer service.

Recognised by travellers themselves, Inverness Airport continues to set the standard for customer service in the aviation industry.



The ACI ASQ programme is the leading global benchmark for airport customer experience, with nearly 400 airports worldwide participating. By measuring real passenger satisfaction throughout their journey, the ASQ Awards provide invaluable insight into service excellence across the industry.
