Inverness Airport’s staff earn global recognition at ACI awards
Inverness Airport has been recognised at the 2023 Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards, winning the Best Airport under 2 Million Passengers in Europe for the fourth consecutive year.
In addition to securing the best airport title, Inverness Airport has also earned Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe.

The ACI ASQ programme remains the gold standard for benchmarking customer service in the airport industry, with nearly 400 airports worldwide participating in the initiative. By measuring passenger satisfaction during their airport experience, the ASQ Awards offer invaluable insights into the quality of service provided by airports across the globe.
