Insurance broker PIB appoints construction expert to Scottish team

PIB Insurance Brokers has named Irene Bisset as the latest member of its Scottish team.

Ms. Bisset brings over 30 years’ experience to her new role as senior construction account executive having worked for major global largest insurance brokers.

She has extensive experience in arranging construction insurance programmes for both large and small contracts.

PIB, a fast growing company has been created to fill a gap in the market for a new independent, client-centric and service-focused broker.

Ms. Bisset said: “This was a really exciting time to be joining a company which is growing at such a rapid rate.”

The firm opened its first Scottish offices in Glasgow and Aberdeen last year. Its focus is now on recruiting a dedicated team in Edinburgh and Dundee.

“We share an ambitious business plan and firmly believe that PIB can become an important part of the Scottish business community.”
