Inksters promotes Diane Ireland to COO
Diane Ireland has been named as law firm Inksters’ new chief operating officer.
Ms Ireland has worked for Inksters for several years as the firm’s legal process engineer.
Brian Inkster, CEO of Inksters, said: “Diane has proven her worth at Inksters as a legal process engineer. I am delighted that she has agreed to step up into the position of chief operating officer.
“Having Diane in that role will allow me to focus on the growth of the business whilst Diane manages day-to-day operations. We have ambitious plans for the year ahead and expect to see more consultant solicitors join us, very possibly in new locations.”
Inksters have developed a model where senior lawyers can work as a collective, with enhanced technology and back-office support.
A hub-and-spoke model exists with a back office ‘hub’ – in Glasgow – and ‘spokes’ elsewhere, currently in Aberdeen, Cumbernauld, Dunkeld, Edinburgh, Forfar, Inverness, Lerwick, Portree, Renfrew, Thurso and Wick.
Ms Ireland said: “I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to step into the role of chief operating officer. I look forward to the challenges and responsibilities that come with this new position and I am committed to contributing to the continued growth and success of Inksters.
“I am delighted to be working with a fantastic team, driving positive change and innovation within Inksters. I am ready to embrace the opportunities for growth and development that this role presents, and I look forward to making an impact on Inksters’ future success.”
