Increased demand leads to creation of four new posts at Gary Walker & Co Wealth Management in Aberdeen
Four new positions have been created to help meet increased client demand and deliver exceptional client servicing at Gary Walker & Co Wealth Management.
The roles include a dedicated practice manager, an events and marketing executive post as well as posts for a financial consultant and a financial administrator.
Further additional positions are in the pipeline as the firm is also recruiting for experienced chartered paraplanners.
Gary Walker & Co specialises in providing highly personalised wealth management services to both individuals and businesses.
Susan Barclay recently graduated from Robert Gordon University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and brings 16 years of experience as a business manager and management roles within private and charitable organisations, Susan takes up the newly created role of practice manager and as the practice expands with new clients and increased engagement with existing clients, Susan’s role is required to ensure that the client’s interaction with the Gary Walker & Co is seamless.
Julia Catto takes on the position of events and marketing executive and will lead the practice’s marketing strategy and initiatives to enhance brand awareness. Highly experienced in events and marketing roles, Julia has previously worked at Murrayfield Stadium, The Speratus Group, Culture Perth and Kinross and Harbro Ltd. Her strategic responsibilities will include a bespoke events programme for clients, database management and client communications.
Kieran Taylor is a graduate of the St. James’s Place Academy and has been recruited to add to Gary Walker & Co’s growing team of financial consultants. The Academy is a leading development programme for outstanding individuals who wish a change of career. Kieran previously ran his own successful consultancy and has been invited to join the firm to deliver a comprehensive range of financial planning services.
Completing the quartet of new appointees is Madelynne Stephen in the newly created role of financial administrator. She will provide support to the financial consultants and paraplanners ensuring that business is processed efficiently and with the highest levels of customer service. Madelynne, who has an honours degree in law and management from Robert Gordon University, has experience of working as an executive assistant.
