Inchwood Park in Bathgate achieves full occupancy after completing three new lettings
Ryden and joint agents Colliers have announced that Inchwood Park, one of West Lothian’s most sought after multi-let industrial estates, is now fully let following three successful lettings.
The new occupiers, RT Automation, Cibosano, and Ironmongery Plus have all signed up to five year leases with rents over £10 per sq ft, achieving the highest rents for prime industrial space in West Lothian.
Ribston acquired Inchwood Park, located in Bathgate, from J Smart & Co as part of a portfolio of three estates in January 2022. The development was constructed over three phases comprising five separate terraces and providing 19 units, with the third phase completed in 2021. Ribston’s decision to subdivide Units 19 and 20 has led to two of the lettings.
Inchwood Park boasts an impressive tenant line up, with national trade counter operators such as Screwfix, Toolstation, Howdens, Paint Shed, Rexel, and Nikon.
The estate is highly prominent, modern and boasts excellent eaves height and ample parking, making it an ideal location for businesses looking to establish a presence in Scotland’s central belt.
Cameron Whyte, associate at Ryden, commented: “We are delighted to welcome three new occupiers to Inchwood Park and achieve full occupancy, testament to the quality of the properties and the attractiveness of the area as a business location.
“It is also fantastic to see rents for prime industrial space continue to increase, highlighting the strength of the sector despite the current economic challenges.”
