Henderson Loggie has announced its move to larger premises in the heart of the capital, marking an exciting new chapter after six successful years in Edinburgh’s Thistle Street and 25 years in Edinburgh.
The relocation to the Stamp Office building at 10-14 Waterloo Place provides Henderson Loggie, which also has offices in Dundee, Glasgow and Aberdeen, with more space to accommodate recent growth and offers capacity for planned further expansion.
The new premises are strategically located at the east end of Princes Street close to Waverley Station and were substantially upgraded last year with a focus on employee wellness and sustainability.
At 7,500 sq ft, almost 3,000 sq ft larger than the Thistle Street office, key highlights include a collaboration space for training, seminars, and events, reinforcing Henderson Loggie’s commitment to professional development and industry collaboration.
Henderson Loggie’s chair Shona Campbell said: “Our workforce in Edinburgh has more than doubled since 2018 and we plan for further growth.
“Our relocation to the Stamp Office marks a significant milestone for Henderson Loggie and positions us perfectly for the future. The enhanced facilities will support our long-term vision and our efforts to continue providing exceptional service while expanding ourfootprint in the central belt.
“Choosing another city centre location means we stay as accessible as ever, for our people, our clients and for the wider business community. The move is also in line with our sustainability goals as the building’s energy performance is rated EPC A, helping us cut our carbon emissions as a business.”
