Working with Henderson Loggie’s head of insolvency Shona Campbell, Mr Scott takes up his leadership role today, overseeing the team of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering tailored insolvency solutions to businesses across various industries.

With over 25 years worth of experience, Mr Scott is set to bring a wealth of expertise to the role, particularly given his past roles as senior manager at professional services company SKSi and as senior restructuring manager at a big four accounting firm. His expertise lies in leading formal insolvency assignments, advising on restructuring techniques, and guiding businesses through financial adversity.

Ms Campbell said: “Donald’s extensive experience in leading formal insolvency assignments and advisory projects across a wide range of businesses and sectors make him an ideal fit for this crucial role.
